A217 Gallery - Open Call - Rolling Deadline
Deadline: 18/05/2017Venue: A217 Gallery | City: London | Region: London | Country: United Kingdom | Bob Bicknell-Knight
Open call for submissions to a new London gallery, holding exhibitions on a monthly basis.
A217 is a new, London based gallery, situated within the confines of an institution, committed to exhibiting contemporary art by emerging artists.
In the new year, A217 plans to create new exhibitions on a monthly basis. You're invited to submit any and all types of artwork, with each months exhibition concept/theme being decided upon based on the variety of different submissions made by the contributing artists.
The gallery will be holding group and solo shows, so you're welcome to submit a full body of work, or an exhibiton proposal.
If your work is a physical object, like a sculpture or a painting, be aware that you will have to drop off the artwork to the gallery during the lead up to the exhibiton that you've been chosen to be a part of.
This opportunity is a rolling deadline and artists are also encouraged to submit multiple works as time goes on.
If your work is selected to be a part of any of the exhibitions, we ask that you contribute £10.00, which will go towards drinks for the private view, printing for press releases, as well as paint and filler to make the space clean again after the de-installation process, among other variables.
