My name's Fern! I make everything you see here from little balls of clay and raw glaze ingredients.

I make vessels adorned with coastal and deep sea marine life, as well as fine, contemporary homeware. All of my products are wheel thrown, adorned with sea shells cast using a plaster mould made from found shells. Each one is meticulously hand painted to ensure realism. My octopuses are featured on some vases and mugs, they take a few hours to complete and perfect but well worth the work! My contemporary homeware are a series finished in my own recipe and combination of glazes to give my products true individuality. The colour schemes are inspired by the oceans, sunsets and creatures beneath the surface.
