Pandora also co- founded artists group Grrrr! with whom she has curated and run a number of temporary spaces and events in London. She holds degrees in Fine Art, Art In Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

Pandora’s work uses the language of spatial design. She rethinks the confinements of regulated space and reflects on the human interactions that result. Once literal views of architectural space become abstract and subjective. Some of these are nostalgic and some are futuristic. They deal with land use, power and the occasional failure of collective memory in the public realm. Recent work has dealt more with individual coping devices imagined as machines. The role of sentiment and nostalgia as political tools for coercion are also important. In her practice she prefers to use vernacular traditions and techniques for the social history they represent and the way they speak to a wider audience.
