I am an artist working in illustration and ceramics, I create functional and beautiful items. My work is inspired by animals, nature and folk art.
I recently graduated as a mature student with a 1st honours degree from the University of Cumbria in illustration. I have been using the year following this to start and run a small business selling my ceramics alongside constantly learning and developing my skill and style. I intend to return to University this September to undertake the masters degree in Creative Practice. I hope to use this year to increase my skills, hone my style and also become more proficient in all aspects of running a professional business. The combination of clay and illustration is a perfect combination for me and I feel perpetually excited and intrigued by the possibilities it offers me.
