As a woman in my middle years, my art practice is all about exploring the natural cycles of the seasons and how they connect to the phases of womanhood—growth, change, and renewal. Balancing motherhood with creativity over the years has given me a unique perspective, helping me appreciate the quiet strength and resilience found in these cycles, much like the transitions we experience as women.

I am deeply influenced by the changing seasons, which I observe through daily walking with my dog. Through the process of printmaking, I explore the delicate balance between nature’s fleeting moments and its enduring presence. My original prints are crafted using monoprint techniques, where each piece is a unique reflection of the natural world. By incorporating paper cut-outs, drawing, and pastel transfers, I create layered compositions that evoke a sense of movement and life, inviting viewers to pause and appreciate the simple, yet profound, beauty that surrounds us. My art seeks to connect people to nature’s quiet resilience and its capacity to bring light into our lives.
