    I am a neurobiologist by day and artist by night. I explore various topics directly impacting me like the emotional impact of chronic pain, the nature, and the science around me.     Born in Nottinghamshire, Stuart Reid completed a Foundation course in Art and Design at Grimsby School of Art. He studied Fine Art at Falmouth School of Art and Birmingham School of Art (Postgraduate Painting). He lives in East London and works in a Space Studio.     I am a contemporary Textile Artist and Feltmaker living and working from my home studio in the Peak District. I take inspiration from forms and textures in the natural world in particular pebbles and found objects gathered on coastal walks and the hills, edges, weather and changing light and colours of the Peak District.

    British Multimedia Artist, originally from Manchester now based in the North East. His art lives in several private collections across the world. In 2025, he won the Collectors' Art Prize - Legends of Our Time Award. In 2020, he won best in show for the International Art Folio 2020 Annual award.     As a former Maths teacher and with little in the way of formal education in ceramics, in essence, my creative practice is a continuous exploration of the unknown, with each outcome becoming a stepping stone towards a more profound understanding of the medium. I enjoy the flexibility afforded by working intuitively with clay, as this allows me the freedom to try anything that comes to mind.

    Born 1957 and raised by artist parents, I've been immersed in creativity all my life. I completed an AA in art before emigrating to London, settling, working as a professional seamstress, and having 2 boys 18 years apart (1983, 2001). Acquired a BA in Interior Architecture in 2000. My art and craft has emerged and evolved in various forms and waves across the 40+ years I've lived here.
