    Yimou Huang’s practice-based PhD from Dundee University explores the divergent influences of Chinese Taoism and Western Eco-Feminist thought on contemporary global art. It centers on the material aspects of dynamic forces, such as gravity, wind, and erosion. Yimou is particularly interested in transformational processes and their relation to traditional Chinese views on matter (stone, clay, wood)

    I am a printmaker and artist and I work from my attic studio in West Yorkshire. My prints are influenced by my love of being immersed in nature and my belief that everyone has a right to be wrapped in the natural world.     I am a stained glass artist who was mentored by Derek Hunt. I specialize in stained glass letterbox flower deliveries but also do large window work. I enjoy the traditional stained glass and Tiffany technique, with a more alternative style of window. My most popular work has been a bug that has been taken over by a flowering parasite, not only leaving its beautiful shell behind but also new life
