I use printmaking as a means of responding to situations or events that interest me - these tend to fall within the broad area of social, political or environmental issues. I've recently maintained a focus for my work upon the situation in the Ukraine
During my academic/teaching career I established a BA Degree Course in 'Art Practice & the Community' - I've maintained this interest/approach towards art practice - now retired - by seeking ,whenever possible, to collaborate or work with others - I find that personal work and shared work are a fertile partnership.
