Im an illustrative Moonraker currently living in Greater London. My art is driven by a once stifled need for self expression, and meditative styled creativity, accumulating in mixed-media dreamscapes with the use of paint and marker pens. Vivid colours also play a vital role in the storytelling of each piece I create.
Ive always been an artist at heart, using it as an escape from the real world, ever since I was a child drawing abstract hedgehogs in the attic of my family home. To a person that often finds it hard to find the words to express themselves, often choosing to speak in metaphor over what others might seem as simple conversation, art has become something of a second language. The dreamscapes I create incorporate caricature like versions of people ive known, situations I've experienced and places I've seen.
