I'm Mont Carver, a visual artist passionate about storytelling through mixed media. I studied film in Mexico City and took an arts course in Madrid. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's degree in professional photography. I also work as a video editor. I like to explore autobiographical resources in my work, creating works with a great symbolic and emotional charge.
Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in professional photography at IED, an experience that is allowing me to delve into technique, aesthetics, and the history of photography, and that is helping me develop my creativity to the fullest. In addition to my academic training, I also work as a video editor, an experience that has allowed me to expand my technical and narrative skills.
I am a multidisciplinary artist and consider myself a video artist, photographer, and writer. I like to experiment with different techniques and materials, and I am particularly interested in mixed media, a technique that allows me to combine different media to create works with a great symbolic and emotional charge.
In my artistic work, I like to explore autobiographical resources, using my own experiences as a source of inspiration. I like to think that my works are small windows into my inner world, inviting the viewer to reflect on their own life and their relationship with the world around them.
