Sasinun Kladpetch is a San Francisco based multimedia artist. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. I received her Bachelor’s degree in Decorative Art at Silpakorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. In 2016, she graduated with a Master’s degree from San Francisco Art Institute, California. My work has been collected and exhibited at DZINE Gallery, San Francisco and several galleries in the US.

I believe that nature is everything. In my world, nature is my life, my soul, and my god. According to Hubert Reeves “Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and destroys a visible Nature. Unaware that this Nature he’s destroying is this God he’s worshiping.” I strongly agree with his belief. My artwork explores the beauty of nature, which has been hidden among human-made structure. My point of view is that there are many natural resources, which have been wasted and neglected throughout civilization. Through my work, I want to create a voice and/or platform for people to see the true beauty of nature and that humans and nature can co-exist beautifully in harmony. I think of my installations as a self-portrait and a reflection of how the environment has impressed me. I have been experimenting with materials such as clay, soil, plaster, concrete, plants etc. My works have involved the creation of conceptually based on natural materials and installation. I decide to use raw materials collaborate with human-made materials to show the coherence of beauty. I would like to discover more about bio art and I think this is a great opportunity for me. I also would like to engage the audience to think about issues of nature living through my work and hope that the audience will appreciate the beauty of nature more than they were.
