My work is inspired by Mycelium and the kingdom of Fungi, nature, and walking. I visualize a myriad of seen and unseen paths, and imprints, made by many walkers, animals, and plants as forces that connect us. Through layering and the process of making, I look to connect with work and find a metaphorical path from the terrestrial to the celestial.

My photographic practice is focused on the idea of ambiguity and the slippage between the photograph and truth, surface and meaning. Starting from a conceptual engagement with research, my practice often entails carefully constructed images that explore recurring themes of mythologising, performance, human relations, human endeavour and philosophy.
