When is the deadline?
Open 1st March 2025 and will close at midnight on 1st June 2025. Artists are invited to submit a maximum of three works for selection.
Artists must be aged 18 and over on the date of submission.
Successful applicants will be notified of selection by 13th June. Notification will be made via Curator Space. Please log in to find out if you have been successful on 13th June 2025.
How many works can I submit?
Up to 3.
When is the delivery date?
Delivery to the gallery between 10 am and 4 pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025.
When do I need to collect my work?
All unsold work must be collected on 6th January 2026.
How much does it cost?
1 submission £20.
2 submissions £36.
3 submissions £45.
Are there payments to artists?
All works must be for sale and are subject to a 45% commission.
Artists receive payment should their work sell at a rate of 55%.
Is there a private view / opening?
There will be a Meet the Artist event on Saturday 25th October.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
Tuesday, 11 am to 5 pm.
Wednesday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
Does the location have disabled access?
We are committed to providing the widest possible access to everyone regardless of personal circumstances. The ground floor of our building is easily accessible for those with limited mobility or wheelchairs. We have wide aisles throughout the ground floor, an accessible toilet and a chair lift to the first floor exhibition space.
What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
ACE agrees to promote the exhibition within its programme of events via the website, e-news, social media, local press and other relevant sites. ACE will produce any PR it deems appropriate, copyright remains with the artist, by submitting works you agree for ACEarts to use that image for promotional purposes.
