Stamp House is a vibrant events venue, creative space, and bar in Balham, London.

We host regular workshops and creative events focused on creating space for genuine connection.

We are looking for fresh and exciting workshop proposals across all creative fields.

Our mission is to bring people together through art, fostering community, creativity, and meaningful connections.

Whether your workshop involves craft, storytelling, movement, music, or something completely unique, we’d love to hear from you!

We particularly welcome ideas that encourage collaboration, conversation, and creative expression.

Key Details for Facilitators

  • Payment: Ticket sales will go to the facilitator, with a percentage allocated to the venue. We can discuss this split during the planning process.
  • Ticket Pricing: Past workshops have ranged from £10–£35 per person, depending on materials, duration, and format.
  • Participant Numbers: Our workshops typically attract 8–20 participants, but this can vary based on the type of session.
  • Session Frequency: We are open to one-off workshops or regular sessions. Let us know your availability and whether you’d like to run a standalone event or a recurring series.
  • Scheduling: Workshops usually take place on evenings or weekends, but weekday daytime sessions may also be possible.
  • Insurance: Facilitators are expected to have their own Public Liability Insurance. If you don’t currently have insurance, let us know, and we can discuss options.
  • Who Can Apply: We welcome proposals from creatives with experience in workshop facilitation.

Following your application, we will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss logistics.

We truly value all submissions and want this opportunity to be accessible to all, so we don’t charge a flat hire fee, and 100% of ticket sales go to the artist.

Our standard model includes a refreshment of your choice for each guest—whether that’s a cocktail, mocktail, coffee, tea, or pastries—allowing you to upsell tickets while creating a welcoming experience.

A small per-head fee is allocated as a contribution to the venue, but this is flexible and open to discussion.

To support facilitators, we offer one free trial session, giving you the chance to test your workshop in the space without incurring any costs for your first event.

If you’re passionate about sharing your skills and creating an engaging experience, get in touch—we’d love to collaborate!
