Washington Green, fine art publisher to Castle Galleries and Castle Fine Art, is calling for unsigned visual artists to apply for IN:SIGHT 2016.

Following a hugely successful campaign last year – which saw three budding artists go on to launch publishing careers with Washington Green -  the open call for artists returns for 2016, encouraging artists of any field or medium to submit their work to IN:SIGHT’s panel of art reviewers for consideration.

Successful applicants will be invited to showcase their work in the Summer Exhibition. Now in its third year, the Summer Exhibition will be held in August 2016 at Castle Fine Art in Birmingham’s prestigious International Convention Centre.

Furthermore, if your work is an absolute showstopper, there are opportunities to pursue a career with Washington Green.

Our portfolio of contemporary artists includes the likes of Ronnie Wood, Bob Dylan, Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and famous art forger John Myatt. Now, we’re looking for the next generation in artistic talent.

How To Apply

If you want to show us what you’re made of, please complete the submission form by 1st April 2016. We'd like to see a minimum of six artwork images (with accompanying title, dimensions, medium and price if known) and find out a bit about you, so please provide an artist statement, biography and links to your website if applicable.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 15th April. Original artworks are required for initial review at our Head Office in Birmingham week commencing 25th April.
