CALLING ALL WOMEN ARTISTS! International Women’s Day Art Exhibition: EMPOWERHER: CREATIVITY, COURAGE & MAGICAL THINKING /SECOND EDITION. CasildART invites women to submit their work for the second edition of EmpowerHER: an art exhibition to celebrate International Women’s Day Month in March 2025.

Last year's show was so successful we decided to do it again. We had over 170 entries and exhibited over 80 women artists from more than 30 different cultural and ethnic backgrounds living in the UK. In 2025,   we'd like to do it better than before in a celebration of sisterhood.

The exhibition will take the form of an ‘art salon’ and will be held in our permanent gallery in  Marble Arch, London. The CasildART Salon will run for 20 days and launch with a private reception on 14th March.  Spaces are limited so please get your entries in early.

This International Women’s Day, we want to celebrate our sisters and female artists everywhere and recognise their talent and achievements.

We are hosting an IWD exhibition of women's art in our beautiful gallery located in Marble Arch, which spans over 90 sq ft across two floors.

We invite all women artists to submit their artwork by filling in the application form and sending it to us by 14th February 2025

As well as the Gallery exhibition, selected works will be displayed on the CasildART website and our social media platforms. The CasildART Salon aims to showcase new and emergent visual artwork from women artists in the UK.

We welcome applications from all artists, creatives and makers who identify as women or non-binary at any stage of their practice.  

The following mediums are accepted: photography, drawing, mixed-media,  painting, ceramics and sculpture.

To participate, you need to fill in the application form and submit your entry by midnight on 14th February 2025.

How your work will be selected:

Work will be selected by a panel of judges and one member of the CasildART Board.  

Exhibition Fees:

• A non refundable £25 admin fee will apply to all entries and will become due with your application.

IF YOUR WORK IS SELECTED, THE FOLLOWING PARTICIPATION FEES WILL APPLY:

• £80 Exhibition Fee will apply for the first work

• £50 for the second entry

• £40 for each subsequent entry

• The Exhibition Fees will ONLY become due on invoice once you have received notification that your work (s) has been selected for the exhibition.

• We will offer 15% concessions on the exhibition fees for artists who are prepared to volunteer their time for at least 2 days per week during the exhibition to invigilate.  Please get in touch for more details.

This is a selling event and the gallery will take a commission on sales.
