Adjective

Feeling, expressing, or causing great pleasure and happiness.

Christmas is a time of celebration and joy; we would like to invite artists and makers to submit work that responds to the title joyful.

This exhibition is not limited to artworks; we welcome submissions of craft and gift items.

After all, what's the point of presents if not to bring a little joy to someone else?

Selected work will need to be delivered to Cupola no later than Friday 15 November, although we can certainly accept work earlier. Feel free to submit single items, groups or collections of work.

If you need to deliver before the submission deadline, please contact us, and we will look at your submission directly.

We accept deliveries via post or courier and in person.

If you wish to deliver in person, please make an appointment two days in advance; the same applies when collecting work after the exhibition.

All in-person deliveries/collections must be on a weekday (Monday to Friday) and be during business hours.

We are more than happy to repackage work to return via courier after the exhibition.

All works should be for sale and the gallery takes commission on works sold. There is no fee for submitting works for consideration.

To work out the overall price of your work, please use the following formula:

Your wholesale price x 2.2 = retail, including the VAT we have to charge. ie. £100 x 2.2 = £220.  £100 to artist, £100 to gallery £20 to HMRC.
