We are thrilled to invite 1-4 artists to participate in the upcoming “Sensory Stations” Pop-Up Exhibition & Workshop, a unique and immersive experience that explores the intersections of art and our senses.

About the Event:

The event will feature a Sensory Stations Workshop, where participants will move through five interactive stations, each focused on engaging one of the senses.

At each station, participants will be invited to create drawings on canvas or paper inspired by what they experience. This workshop seeks to blend sensory stimuli with artistic expression, creating a rich, multi-sensory environment.

Sensory Stations:

1. Sound– A sound installation that engages participants through auditory stimulation.

2. Touch – A tactile experience where participants interact with various textiles and materials.

3. Visual – A station showcasing short films, animations, projections, or any visual medium, allowing participants to create inspired by what they see.

4. Smell – Featuring a variety of aromatic materials, including incense, candles, and other scents, for participants to immerse themselves in.

5. Taste – Curated by our internal team, this station will be accompanied by hors d’oeuvres, offering a unique culinary experience.

Artist Involvement:

- Sensory Station Proposal: Each artist is encouraged to propose an idea for one of the sensory stations (sound, touch, visual, or smell), outlining how their work will stimulate and inspire participants’ artistic responses.

- Artwork Submission: Artists may submit up to *three artworks* in any medium to be exhibited alongside their sensory station.

The selected works will be displayed during the event. (Artists will be responsible for bringing artworks and removing after the event. Artists are welcome to sell their art at the event and commissions will not be collected on any art sales)

- Merchandise Table (Optional): Artists/Makers can also choose to set up a table to sell their artworks, prints, or other merchandise.

How to Submit:

1. A proposal for one of the sensory stations (max. 500 words), explaining your concept and the materials or mediums involved.

2. Up to three artworks for exhibition (include title, medium, size, and any additional information).

3. If applicable, let us know if you are interested in having a merchandise table at the event.
