We are looking for printmakers, artists, and makers to have stalls at the West Yorkshire Print Workshop Print and Maker Fair on 19 April 2025 at WYPW on the Piazza, Huddersfield.

We are looking for artists and makers to have stalls at our spring fair who make prints using traditional and non-traditional printmaking techniques and/or makers who craft unique hand-crafted items.

We encourage applications from individuals, collectives, small independent publishers, and students. We hope to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where everyone is welcome, whether you are an experienced artist or a first-time stallholder.

The fair will provide an opportunity to promote and sell your work as well as meet other artists and see their work. 

The Fair coincides with our exhibition by Lucy May Schofield the Flourish Award for Printmaking winner 2020. We will announce more information on the exhibition soon. 

Application Deadline

The deadline to apply for a stall is midnight on Wednesday, 19th March.

Stall Size and Fees

Full Size Stall: £30 
180 cm (W) x 75 cm (D) 

Full-Size stalls have space for two people to sit comfortably behind.

If selected fees will need to be paid in advance by bank transfer.

STALLHOLDER AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of February 06, 2025, is between West Yorkshire Print Workshop (“the Organisers”) and the applicant (“Participant”). Participant will be applying to participate in the Spring Print and Makers Fair, 2025 (the “Event”) at West Yorkshire Print Workshop on the Piazza (the “Venue”).

By applying to take part in West Yorkshire Print Workshops Spring Print and Makers Fair, 2025 you are agreeing to the following:

1. Participants exhibit at their own risk and the Organisers cannot accept liability for any loss of and/or damage to any property. 
2. The Organisers reserve the right to request the removal of any stall content that could be deemed of an offensive, inappropriate, or dangerous nature.
3. The Participant must only set up on their allocated stall and ensure they nor their stall contents cause an obstruction or danger to other participants, staff or visitors to the venue. 
4. Participants must always keep their stall area free from littler and trip hazards. 
5. The Participant must not permanently mark or damage their allocated space or any part of the Venue.
6. If the participant is no longer able to attend for any reason, they must notify the organiser by email as soon as possible and request a refund. 
7. The Participant agrees to the recording of the Event for the documentation and promotion of the Organisers. Wherever possible the Participant will be credited.
8. The Participant agrees that any images they submit with the application form may be used for promotion of the Event should their application be successful.
9. The Participant is responsible for their own Public & Products Liability insurance and will be asked to provide proof of coverage before the event.
10. The Participant is responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance.
11. Participants are responsible for taking payments for their sales. 
12. Participants keep 100% of all sales.
