Open call for the 8th Community Exhibition. A great opportunity to show your creativity in the new art gallery in Bristol.

Would you like to show your creativity in the new art gallery in Bristol?

We consider all mediums, including but not limited to paintings, photography, installations, sculptures, illustrations, drawings, digital art, ceramics and more.

The art gallery is in the refurb double-decker bus. We can host up to 30 artists.

The available spaces are 120cmW and 160cmH. And for sculptures and ceramics, we have plinths 90x40cm. Once selected, you can show whatever you want. We don’t take commissions!

It is possible to display originals only.
Prints are not accepted. Excluded handmade prints and photographs.
All the 2D artworks must be framed and corded.

We will reply with the payment information details. After the payment has been approved, we will consider your application valid.

We ask for a fee of £30 for the whole duration of the show and £20 for ceramics and sculptures.

The exhibition will open on Saturday 10th August, and close on Sunday 1st. September.


The application deadline is the 5th August.

The days for the setting up are the 8th and 9th August.

On the 9th of August, there will be a "Meet the Artists" event, 5-6pm

What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
The event will be promoted on the Curatorspace platform, VASW platform, Bristol Creatives platform, Visit Bristol touristic portal, newsletter, social media, website.
Do I need to be present?
We will be glad if you can join us at the "Meet the artists" event on 10th August.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
Once selected we will send you a confirmation email with the details for the payment and the instructions for the consignment.
What are the selection criteria?
We are as open as possible to offer any artists the opportunity to show their creativity.
