I am a textile artist living in York and seeking to work sustainably, using mixed media techniques, to raise awareness of social justice issues. I am currently studying for a BA in Textiles Practice at Bradford School of Art.

I am aiming to use discarded materials to create pieces of work that challenge people to think about issues of social justice. I take traditional techniques and designs from patchwork and quilting and subvert them to make people look twice
