“Gardens of Life – English Edition”
Deadline: 31/03/2025City: London | Jola Maria Mroszczyk
Get creative this spring and take part in the “Gardens of Life" exhibition, fully focused on exploring the relationship between nature and human existence.
ArTToDo – A Space for Art & Ideas is a dynamic, pop-up art gallery that brings creativity to different locations for a few days at a time. It’s a space for artists, dreamers, and innovators to share their work, spark conversations, and connect with the community.
Whether you’re an emerging artist or an art lover, ArTToDo invites you to be part of something unique—where ideas turn into art and art turns into action.
As the organizers, ArTToDo is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where artists can engage in meaningful conversations through exhibitions and programs that encourage diverse artistic representation.
Our mission is to be recognized for presenting outstanding exhibitions that inspire and challenge perspectives.
The first English edition of “Gardens of Life” originated from an initiative by artist Jola Mroszczyk.
Her original exhibition on this theme was held in her hometown of Przeworsk, Poland, in 2019 as a philosophical reflection on cultivating nature according to the garden model.
Through her art, she reminds us of the essential role of gardens—not only as a vital part of our lives but also as spaces where culture and nature interact dynamically, shaping our future.
The “Gardens of Life” exhibition aims to stimulate imagination and reflection on key questions:
• How do you perceive the relationship between nature and humanity, considering that humans are also part of nature?
• Do you experience a symbiosis between nature and culture?
• Could the concept of a garden serve as a model for ecological thinking?
I am delighted to invite you to take part in the upcoming “Gardens of Life – English Edition” exhibition in London. This exhibition continues the vision we began in Przeworsk, providing a space for artists to share their interpretations of life, nature, and growth.
I have currently booked three different locations in London, and the final venue will depend on the number of participating artists. If fewer artists apply, the exhibition will be limited to 20 due to the smaller spaces available.
My goal is to create an inspiring and intimate setting that allows each work to be fully appreciated.
I hope this way of organizing the opportunity works well for you—please let me know your thoughts.
If you are interested in participating, please let me know as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly. Let’s see how many artists come together to make this happen!
• Submitting an application is free.
• If selected, artists will be asked to pay a £87 participation fee, which will go towards venue rental, a printed catalog, and a small exhibition event (including refreshments)
There is no commission on sales.
Why exhibit with us?
ArTToDo wants to present a diverse range of visual art, including painting, printmaking, photography, collage, and sculpture, showcasing around 40 artists at each exhibition.
This is your chance to share your unique artistic vision, connect with like-minded creatives, and participate in an exciting competition.
This exhibition will not only highlight individual artistic practices but also explore the deep connection between artistic creation and the value of nature as an essential space for multidimensional life.
The “Garden” theme represents not just a cultural and geographical symbol but also a shared space for ideas, artistic expression, and personal interpretation.
The “Gardens of Life” exhibition will run from May 23, 2025, traveling across cities in England. We invite you to visit the exhibition, experience its artistic dialogue, and reflect on your own “Garden of Life”—what does it mean to you?
Submit your work and be part of this unique experience!
Only selected works will be included in the exhibition, so don’t hesitate—send your proposal today!
We look forward to seeing your art.
