Artizan Printmaking & Sculpture Gallery
The Artizan Printmaking & Sculpture Gallery is Artizan Collective CICs newest venture, A vibrant Riviera space that audiences have known for a decade, but now with a new regional specialism.
The new model will see a mix of solo, group and open showcases hosted from their home venue on Lucius Street, building on their successes in these two areas of the art market. Popular annual shows “The Sculpture Studio” and “The Design Room”, as well as the more recent “Contemporary British Printmakers” have provided an exciting foundation for this new phase of work.
For the next 12 months, the Gallery’s programme will include the following:
- Rolling programme of 8 solo/small group shows in their main gallery space.
- Seasonal sculpture programme rotating quarterly with 5 headline sculptors.
- Year-round print workshop and working studio programme in their basement spaces offering accessible courses and taster sessions.
- Seasonal Printmaker Opens running quarterly on a selective submission basis.
Seasonal Printmaker Opens
These opens will be hosted in our sunny Courtyard Gallery, which backs onto our enclosed outdoor courtyard area. In these exhibitions, we’re looking to show a broad range of printmaking practices to highlight the diversity of this medium.
In each, we’ll be aiming to showcase a mix of framed, unframed and browser works, as well as greetings cards and other adjacent print related artworks and objects.
Printmakers can make an unlimited number of submissions every quarter for inclusion. We also accept various photographic formats into this showcase as well.
