SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN! We are in search of visual artists to submit their art to be showcased in an online exhibition. Artists of all mediums and from all countries are welcome to apply, including painters, sculptors, photographers, designers, and video artists.
THEME:
How does the past reverberate in the present? This exhibition challenges artists to reflect on histories that have faded from mainstream narratives yet persist in cultural memory.
Pieces can explore forgotten rituals, lost civilisations, or personal memories tied to heritage and ancestry.
This exhibition explores the enduring presence of forgotten histories in shaping the present. It invites artists to delve into personal and collective memories, unearthing untold stories, lost traditions, and overlooked fragments of the past.
How do these remnants resonate in today’s world, influencing identity, culture, and belonging? Through themes such as forgotten rituals, the fragility of memory, and the tension between erasure and remembrance, artists can investigate the interplay between what has been lost and what lingers.
Works may reflect on ancestral heritage, historical artefacts, or symbols imbued with time, revealing how they shape our understanding of continuity and transformation.
Open to diverse interpretations, this exhibition calls for thought-provoking works across all media, offering a platform for introspection and dialogue about the unseen forces of history that continue to reverberate in contemporary life.
We look forward to receiving your inspiring contributions.
