The GREAT Leeds Fungi Exhibition 2025 will take place from Friday 14 - Saturday 15th March 2025 at Headrow House, 19a The Headrow, Leeds LS1 6PU. The evening opening event will take place on Friday 14th March from 7:00 - 9:00 pm with the bar open for drinks. The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturday, 15th March, from 11:00 - 5:00 pm.

Following the success of Kat's first exhibition, we've decided to host the next exhibition in March 2025 but organised by all members of Studio Greenly! It will follow a similar format except with live music and performances on the open evening and open for daytime viewing the following day.

Apply to exhibit your work at this exciting exhibition showcasing the work of artists working with themes of mushrooms, fungi and the mycelial world! Please note, we have had a few people submit work that is not related to the mushroom theme. It must be clear what your work is about and that it fits with the collection of fungi work.

Most mediums are accepted within the limits of the venue. Free to participate.

Your application can be for existing or new work that will be made. There will also be the opportunity to sell your exhibited pieces as well as smaller work in our shop. Please note if you exhibited in 2024, your application is more likely to be accepted if you submit different work.

Set up on Friday 14th March will begin from 11 am where you must arrange to drop off your work (or someone else on your behalf) at the venue before 5 pm and work with venue organisers to best showcase your piece(s). You must be able to collect your work after exhibiting the following day from 5 pm on Saturday 15th March or via an alternative arrangement with the organisers.

There will be a dedicated shop for selling smaller pieces on the weekend from artists, so if this interests you, please fill out the section in this form. Any work that is sold on the night will have a 15% commission fee, and you will be paid on Monday, 17th March, if you make any sales.

Any exhibited pieces that are sold can be collected from 5 pm on Saturday, 15th March, mailed by post to the buyer or via an alternative arrangement with the organisers.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 31ST JANUARY 2025 AT MIDNIGHT!

You will hear back from us after Monday 4th February 2025, if you have been successful, so there will be enough time to make the proposed pieces from scratch if required.

Keep up to date with the event over on Studio Greenly's Instagram and we hope to see you there!

Thank you for applying, and good luck!
