🎨 Open Call for Artists: 14th Community Art Exhibition 🎨

Are you an artist looking to showcase your work? We’re excited to invite applications for our 14th Community Art Exhibition, running from 5th to 27th April 2025 at the Circular ArtSpace gallery in East Bristol.

✨ We welcome all mediums: paintings, photography, installations, sculptures, illustrations, digital art, ceramics, and more!

📍 What we offer:

26 spaces for 2D artworks (120cm x 160cm)
6 plinths for sculptures and ceramics (90cm x 40cm)

💌 How to apply:

Submission is FREE.

Apply directly through Curatorspace by completing the form below.
We only accept original works (handmade prints, digital, photography, or video are exceptions).
All 2D pieces must be framed and corded.
Please send us a few images of your work or a link to your website or social media account.

💷 Fees:

£35 per artist if selected (£25 for ceramics and sculptures).
No commission on sales!

Set-up day: 4th April, 11 am–4 pm

Opening Preview: Saturday, 5th April, 3–4 pm

Circular ArtSpace is East Bristol’s first permanent art gallery, proudly housed in a converted double-decker bus. We’re an independent, inclusive, and not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting creativity.

📅 Visit us Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am–4 pm, at the yard behind 780 Fishponds Road, BS16 3TT, Bristol.

When is the deadline?

How many works can I submit?
Please send us a few images of your work, or a link to your website, or social media account.
When is the delivery date?
Friday the 4th of April, 11 am - 4 pm.
When do I need to collect my work?
27th April, 11 am - 4 pm.
How much does it cost?
£35 for a panel 120x160cm.
£25 for a plinth 90x40cm.
Is there a private view / opening?
Saturday 5th April, 3 pm - 4 pm.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am - 4 pm.
What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
The event will be promoted on the Curatorspace platform, VASW platform, Bristol Creatives platform, Visit Bristol touristic portal, newsletter, social media, website.
Do I need to be present?
We will be glad if you can join us at the "Meet the Artists" event on the 5th of April.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
Once selected we will send you a confirmation email with the details for the payment and the instructions for the consignment.
What are the selection criteria?
We are as open as possible to offer any artists the opportunity to show their creativity.
