    CJ Crochet has been birthed out of honour, gratitude and appreciation for my beautiful, wise and inspiring late Mum, who taught me how to crochet little squares when I was very young and then left it to me to discover, experiment and think outside the box of self-discovery, progression and growth. Crocheting has become my passion. I take individual orders to create bespoke and unique items.

    Connection, alienation and separation are common threads throughout, themes that have run consistently through her 30 years as an artist. My approach is intuitive, experimental and without predetermined ideas. I allow spontaneous marks and textures to start the direction of the work, with tighter control and decision making coming into play as the piece develops. I live and work in Deal, Kent.

    Abstract painter, exploring the relationship between colour, form, light and emotion. I aim to create art that visually documents different feelings and emotions I personally have felt as well as trying to evoke certain emotions from the viewer.

    I first bought my good camera a few years ago. It couldn’t use it so just used my phone. Then in 2018 I joined a course on how to get the best from your camera. Sine then I have had a few pics in the papers and in exhibitions. The thrill of seeing your pictures in an exhibition is brilliant. I have also had a few small exhibitions.

    I am an artist/musician based in Northwest UK. I am a contemporary history painter... I paint the Now as History... The images I create can be viewed as socio-political commentary. Or comedy, or farce. I see my practice as continuing the ideas' imagery / imagined psychological landscapes of Bosch, Breughel, Hogarth, Beckmann and Goya.

    I am a painter based in Leeds, UK. I use memories of places and imagined spaces to create compositions of colour, line and form. I see these compositions as pieces of another world which I have named Alio. Alio is a world of isolation; where the viewer is invited to place themselves inside and explore their own imagination.

    I have worked in the international art and design industry for over 20 years since graduating from Buckingham New University where I specialised in surface decoration and textile design. My pseudo name ‘Fanny Gogh’ was given to me by a Uk tabloid in 2008 after I used ladies lingerie in my mixed media ‘Beautiful Trash’ exhibition.

    Hi I'm Veronica Umoetuk. I create art jewellery. I originally worked as a contract legal and health information professional/librarian in various trade associations until 2008. After the recession I decided to retrain and went on to study Jewellery manufacture and design at the British Academy of Jewellery in London.     Katie Bell is an artist based in Newcastle. Influenced by her work as an audio-visual technician, her practice centres on sculptural sound installation but extends to video, performance, drawing and sculpture. Crucially, collaboration and workshops are also essential mechanisms informing her making.
