    I’m Maddy, a queer artist, animator and crafter from London, living in North Yorkshire who loves to make artwork for all. My art ranges from digital paintings to traditional!     I am an intuitive, spontaneous artist, so I tend to paint or draw, make or model with whatever materials I can get my hands on. I usually use acrylics and at present I'm interested in creating abstract images, although I do like to paint very large jungles too.

    My work as an artist is versatile, I make artist books, animations, draw, occasionally I paint (though I ’m not a painter). Experimental animation has become more prominent in the past few months. I also work with sound and interactive digital media, using specific computer software such as MaxMsp and Arduino to bring some magic into the world.

    Huimin Zhang is obsessed with traditional crafts, has collected thousands of Chinese antique metal jewelry, and is committed to using these great ancient crafts (including but not limited to Chinese traditional crafts) into modern designs.
