    My passion is for fabric and stitch, my background in illustration, fashion and hand-embroidery. Recently my practice has grown using new methodologies to create large-scale installations and interactions. My work is generous and inclusive, acting like a type of therapy, offered to the viewer with gentle humour. Methods I use are traditionally craft related, all familiar childhood activities.

    Rosa Prosser is an artist filmmaker from the Lake District, UK.     The paintings are an expression of experiencing the natural environments. They are a playful celebration of colour, shapes and a sensory response to the exuberance found in plant life.     I am a visual artist working in painting, sculpture, photography and mixed media. My main interests are in urban culture, architecture, poetry and travel experiences. I was born and brought up in Moldova but moved to UK in 1995. I teach art and photography.     I'm an artist based in Annan, a small coastal town in the south west of Scotland. I work on a wide variety of themes using pencil, charcoal, oils, digital and soft chalk pastels. I have a particular interest in classical drawing and the methods used in atelier schools. I'm also interesting in community arts and encouraging others to draw.
