Report this?My work is founded on a preference for geometry, contrasts of lightness/shadow and concealment/disclosure all realised through principally minimal monochromatic paintings, prints and drawings I studied at Northampton School of Art, Maidstone College of Art, the Slade and University of Wales, Cardiff. I have been a lecturer at Maidstone & Hereford Colleges of Art and University of Wolverhampton.

My routes of action films and sci-fi has merged with my love for glamour, pop culture, costume and character. The questioning of identity and gender within myself and society has led way to a desire to explore this and other social topics through my work. Society is my biggest inspiration.

Report this?After an initial career as a Systems Analyst, I took a career break, to raise a family, I studied Visual Arts (Salford University), 2004, then an M.A. in Textiles/Fashion (Manchester Metropolitan University) 2005. I have a studio at Rogue Artists’ Studios CIC, Manchester. My work has been exhibited widely. I received an ACE DYCP grant in 2021 for my project, ‘We View Things Differently Now'.
