We’re looking for an artist or collective to create a large-scale artwork for Union Park, Wembley Park’s newest public space. This 70-metre panoramic hoarding overlooks the park’s new ponds and will be in place for up to four years, offering a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of this evolving neighbourhood.

Union Park will be the first new public park in Brent in over 120 years, making this a significant moment in Wembley Park’s transformation. The artwork will be part of the park’s opening in early summer 2025, seen by residents, visitors, and those passing through the area.

The selected artist/s will paint directly on-site, working at eye level on a 170-square-metre white-painted plywood surface. We’re keen to hear from artists who can create a piece that responds to the setting and contributes to the atmosphere of this new public space.
