    Helen Emily Davy (b. 1996) is an artist from Manchester, UK. She is a graduate of the Fine Art - Painting and Printmaking BA(Hons) programme at the Glasgow School of Art, and the Art and Science MA programme at the Universität für angewandte Kunst, Vienna.

    Working across oils, water-based and mixed-media my work fluctuates between pure abstraction and a subtle refence to place or object. Paintings begin with intuitive marks and colour, and are developed over several months, if not years, with several paintings being worked on at a time. The final composition only comes to realisation in the later stages of the process.

    Mixed media artist working primarily in 3D exploring ideas around non-scientific means to influence the world and people. By using the language of fetish, charm, ceremony, etc., using found and sustainably created objects and combining them I find new meanings. My origins in Africa as an outsider and early life on dark remote farms underpins my work.

    Janey is a landscape painter, using charcoal, pastel and watercolour crayons. She is influenced by contours of the landscape, ancient monuments, historical field patterns and modern farming, old estate maps and archaeological drawings.     I only returned to using clay several years ago after a break of over 35 years and following work-related mental health issues. The charity Create Bolton supported me in rediscovering my love of ceramics and encouraging me to develop my own style of making. My work is inspired by my love of nature and my style is still evolving.

    Mary Rouncefield works as a freelance artist, having graduated as a mature student from the University of the West of England, in 2009. She has exhibited extensively in UK and abroad.     Shane attended the Leeds College of Art and then studied Fine Art in Birmingham. He has worked in educational establishments passing on his knowledge and also exhibited in the USA. He is currently working as a painter and sculptor in Otley.

    I became a full-time Artist and Illustrator in 2012 after working for around 20 years in multimedia, E-learning and then corporate communications. Originally brought up on the East Yorkshire coast, I'm based in my home studio in the beautiful city of York now, working primarily in mixed media: painting, drawing and printmaking.
