    My artistic practice is a response to architecture and the natural environment and reflects on particular sites in the context of poetry and literature.     Creative expression has always been intrinsic to my life having worked with pencil, pen and ink, lino cut, oil pastel,watercolour and acrylics. After retiring in 2017 I followed my passion for mid century design restoring and selling sewing boxes internationally.I then returned to mixed media work in 2021 focusing on alcohol inks on birch ply to enhance the beauty of the wood grain.
