    Dan Harland (b.1990) is a painter, born and based in Leeds, U.K. He graduated from Leeds Arts University in 2018 with a first-class BA (Hons) in Fine Art. He has recently returned to his practice after a career break.

    Sal is known for her expressive portraits that capture fleeting emotions rather than fixed likenesses. Working in rich layers of oil paint, she draws on film, media, and her own imagery to create characters who feel both familiar and mysterious. With titles often borrowed from dialogue, her paintings hint at stories without telling them outright, leaving space for the viewer to step in.

    I am a UK-based sculptor exploring transformation, identity, and social narratives through form and material. Rooted in craftsmanship, my practice bridges traditional making with contemporary conceptual sculpture.     Since my training at Edinburgh College of Art I have been inspired by nature. My mission explores the emotional symbolism of my subject matter and seeks to distil the image to enhance this. I am a slow meditative painter. This process puts me in touch with the healing spirit I inherited from the medics in my family.     I'm Ella Johnston, my practice is an ongoing investigation into mark-making, gesture, and the calligraphic line. I (mainly) draw, paint and create sculptural pieces.     Sarah McAlister graduated with MA Textiles from The University for the Creative Arts in 2024 and focuses her practice on re-using found materials. Her work is made in response to places and events she has experienced. Her ethos as a textile artist is to recycle, re-use and re-purpose existing resources meaning that her pieces are made entirely from found objects and fabrics.

    My 2D work describes concepts using narratives, symbols and visual rhythms. I have curated 37+exhibitions for a gallery founded in a social inclusion project in S. London. I have designed and run events, workshops and participatory installations exploring community, people's relationship to each other and encouraging creativity and self exploration.
