    Since my training at Edinburgh College of Art I have been inspired by nature. My mission explores the emotional symbolism of my subject matter and seeks to distil the image to enhance this.     I am a London-based artist working across analogue and digital processes to explore connections between labour, race and technology. My interest in animation techniques, theory and practice has influenced a current body of work that uses computer generated images (CGI) and film.     Michel Ducos is a potter, sculptor and Art facilitator based in Alford, Lincolnshire. Having been a professional potter with his wife, Heather, since 1972 as Alford Pottery, for the last 20 years or so, ceramic sculpture has become an all engrossing activity which sits comfortably alongside the daily pottery work.
