    Shona Davies and Jon Klein both studied at Sir John Cass College of Art where they graduated in 2007 with first class honours. They were also joint recipients of the Owen Rowley Prize and John Cass Purchase prize. Klein specialised in Time Based Media and Davies in Printmaking and 3-D. Dave Monaghan studied at Liverpool and Canterbury Colleges of Art where he specialised in sculpture.

    Layla Jabbari is a Hull-based illustrator working in print and mixed media, including animation and sculpture. Layla's work was shortlisted for the Flourish Awards for excellence in Printmaking and selected for Ones to Watch, Yorkshire 2024. Layla was longlisted for World Illustration Awards 2023 and is on the Artist Inter_change program at Humber Street Gallery Hull.

    Based in North Yorkshire, I am a fine artist creating expressive landscapes and botanical art. With a background in graphic design and a degree from Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts (Vietnam), my current practice utilizes soft pastels and mixed media to capture the atmospheric light of the British countryside.

    I am currently producing work that is a a combination of paintings and mixed media relief pieces that combine embroidery, paper clay, precious metal clay, paper, watercolour, ink and found objects. Each piece is accompanied with a poem about and as a response to the physical work. I also work as a development librarian.

    My name is Harriet Pybus and iv recently spent a lot of time reflecting back on photographs that I have taken over the years. My photographs provide sanctuary from the turmoil of the modern world.     I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience. Often working en plein air I create dynamic & colourful compositions. I'm inspired by abstract expressionism with rapid expressive mark making & striking colours of Fauvism.
