    Every artwork is an invitation to pause. I don’t create paintings simply to be looked at. I create spaces to be entered. Mixed media, conceptual artist exploring emotional memory through textured abstraction, found objects and sculptural surfaces.     Milena Makani is a German abstract painter based in London, living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
