Forever given pause, they comment on emotional entanglement with the artificial as a substitute – or perhaps immunisation against- the fluctuating feelings of everyday life.

I have been painting landscapes regularly since 2013 and, having retired from a career in nursing in 2015, am now a full time artist, painting and drawing and have studied portraiture under Andres Jaroslavsky and Luke Thompson. I also hold classes in portraiture (both drawing and painting) and landscape painting around Leeds.
