    I’m interested in the subtle communication of the environmental impact that humans have on our planet especially animals and water. Eg. Octopus Using everyday materials ‘found objects’ mixing them with other created and live materials such as ceramics & real Bee’s. I plan to sculpt ‘The energetic quality of Water’ I trust that if my attention is on a ‘matter the matter energetically changes.

    I am interested in constancy & change in nature, so nearly all my sculptural work changes - either in response to its environment or light, or the angle of view - or because the sculpture is created in a way that allows it to move or to be rotated.

    I'm a painter, drawing from nature, and seeking the symbiotic relationships and wellbeing that the natural world can bring. My paintings varying in scale, with smaller, more intimate surreal-like painted works forming installations. A process- based and curiosity driven practice, painting with immediacy, and intuition, which is later refined with a more considered aesthetic.

    Nick Malone crosses art forms to create mysteries and stories through paintings, drawings, artist’s books and podcasts.     A handweaver and passionate about sustainable textiles, Sarah also has a smallholding and breeds pedigree Border Leicester sheep. She uses the fleece from her own sheep and from other local farms to create bespoke yarn to use in her woven articles.
