    I have been doing abstract art since the beginning of 2023, as a recovering alcoholic (sober for over 10 years now) I use my art as a way of expressing my innermost feelings without having to speak a single word about them. I see my paintings as a screenshot of my soul at that particular moment in time.

    Based in West Wales, I am a bilingual artist who has earned a successful living over the past twenty years within the creative arts by competing for both public sited artwork commissions and artist-in-residencies throughout Wales and England.     I trained as a sculptor at Kingston University and Chelsea College of Art, U.A.L. I have taught drawing at the City Lit, at Camberwell College of Art and the University of Hertfordshire and have held residencies at the Drawing Centre at Wimbledon Art College, the Geography Departments of Royal Holloway, University of London, and Exeter University, amongst others.

    Cat is a visual artist based in Mid-Wales whose work focuses on portraiture and the figure. Primarily painting in oils, and drawing in charcoal and pastels, her work is imaginative and often has one foot in history or reality, whilst the other dabbles in myth or daydreams.

    I completed a Graduate Diploma in Textile Design at Chelsea College of Arts, where I was awarded the William Callaway Scholarship, specialising in material-led processes and traditional weaving techniques. My work blends traditional Jamdani weaving with contemporary aesthetics, creating woven artworks that explore the entangled histories of a colonial past through material narratives.

    Caroline creates bold, contemporary jewellery using Surfite, a by-product of surfboard manufacturing, and recycled precious metals. The Surfite is all sourced from British board shapers and purchased as part of a circular economy. Her work is inspired by her coastal life, aiming to evoke the wearers memories of days by the sea while promoting sustainability.
