    My practice is muti-disciplinary but a unifying starting point for most of my work is print or collage. I am an artist and educator interested in the social applications of art. I like to create work that is playful and invites interaction in some way. Ritual, play, wonder, performance, perceptions of reality and imagined narratives are all important themes within my practice.

    I am a ceramist who uses unorthodox methods in my work, also I use mixed mediums in the ceramics They are all hand made and glazed. My work is unique as every piece is different and I only make one. My heads have lots of features and need to be seen by the eye to appreciate the details.     I started out in art creating pencil pet portraits for friends and family. When these proved popular, I branched out and began experimenting with a variety of media, and a variety of subjects.
