    I am a painter born and raised in the heart of Cumbria and currently based in West Yorkshire. I am enthusiastic about eduction, particularly art education and provision, and being outside. My practice is rooted in these two passions as well as a love of experimentation and play.     London born artist of Polish descent, with a long standing interest in creating objects which play with stereotypical gender and societal roles.     I am a designer maker working often in ceramics. I see the beauty in the broken, overlooked and discarded. My latest work was using fully fired ceramics that were in the bin and, crushing these up, I put them inside jesmonite sculptures. I want to highlight the moments in our lives where we feel broken, worthless and discarded... in order to remind us we are strong and valuable.

    Nicola Briggs is an Artist & Ceramicist based in Manchester, UK. She completed a BA(Hons) Design: Ceramics Arts Degree from Staffordshire University in 1998 and set up her first studio with the help of The Princes Trust. During this time Nicola also painted and sold work at galleries. After a break to raise her family, Nicola returned to making and exhibiting in 2016 building a new garden studio.

    I’m a performance artist and researcher. My main research topics are everyday technology (handheld devices) for performance practice, low-tech images and the emotional reception in neuroaesthetics. I work with autobiography material (snapshots and home movies) and historical archives. I graduated in Drama Studies (U.C.Dublin) and am a PhD student in art studies at the University of Coimbra.

    I'm a stained glass designer and maker based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. My style has a contemporary/medieval/retro feel and is inspired by the natural environment, and flora and fauna. Celestial bodies are a big theme as well as green men. My iconic fish are made for the scrap glass left over from larger projects. I also repair stained glass windows.

    George Sfougaras’ work is concerned with the way history, national symbols, myths, and rhetoric shape identity. He has gained recognition with his reconstructed maps and narrative portraits. His ‘Tales from an Old Fort Town’ and the ‘Forgotten Conquerors’ (suites of prints and illustrated books reclaiming aspects of Greek, Jewish and Arab history) were published in 2018.
