    As a child I loved to draw and paint, and as an adult would loved to have had the time to follow it up. However, work and family kept me busy. When I retired I promised myself I would join an art class and take it seriously. Though I don't hold a degree, I am still being very well taught, by excellent professional teachers .,so you are never too old to learn about something you love doing.

    Sue is a contemporary yorkshire based artist gaining a Diploma in Fine Art, Jacob Kramer, 1993. BA Honours Degree in Art and Design at Bradford College In 1997. Exhibitions since; most notables The Royal Academy Summer Show 2024, Royal Cambrian 2023. Sue uses oil paint, to draw out intangible moments from specific memories. Layers of impasto being a striking feature within her work.

    Producing art is a way of processing the madness we absorb every day. In a studio there is a lot of ‘alone’ time. You’re left with your own thoughts to process. I like the ritual of stretching a canvas, priming it, then tinting the surface. Painting is a way of resolving order from chaos.     Peter is an international, award-winning, mixed media artist who uses both digital and conventional methods to create his art, including mobile photography (iPhone and iPad), acrylics, cyanotypes and gilding.     Hi. My name is Laura Lee and my principal interest is wildlife and landscape photography in the Western United States and Canada. I reside in far north Idaho in Bonners Ferry, but have also lived in Montana, California, Utah, and Colorado.     I am a textile artist using machine embroidery as my main medium. I work in my studio in Sheffield called 'Stitched Up and Fleeced'. I trained at Bolton Art College Foundation Course 1971-2 , Loughborough College of Art and Design Degree in Stitched Textiles 1975, PGCE Art and Design at Leicester 1976, Member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen since 1996 and awarded a Fellowship in 2013.
