    I am a largely self-taught artist, my art practice spanning work with natural colour and experimental and sustainable film photography. I was born in former Czecho-Slovakia and my present art practice is informed by my Slavic roots and folklore cultural heritage. I am a freelance artist, creative educator and I run creativity-wellbeing-nature connection micro-business called livingwell.

    Pink and grAy (Sylvia Causer and Andrea Freeman) are a Live Art/Performance Art Duo based in the North of England. We met whilst studying for M.A. Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University and discovered that we hold shared ideas and concerns. We have worked together professionally since 2014, soon producing a manifesto which informs all of our work.

    I am a New Zealand born painter and filmmaker living and working on the Isle of Man. I have a BA in Religious Studies, and an MA Fine Art from Central Saint Martins. My work has a strong relationship to place, particularly locations that are considered sacred, as well as symbolic, and often archaic representations of natural phenomena.

    Sunderland is a painter and drawer living and working in Plymouth, England. His work is constantly referencing the changes in time, light and shadow, and where man-made or natural forms co-exist in the environment. Originally from Leeds, he studied drawing, painting and sculpture at Bradford and Exeter, his work has always had a connection to growing up in the Yorkshire Dales.

    My paintings develop from sketches and photographs taken on location, blending imagination and inspiration from architecture, archaeology, and man-made structures. From my studio space at Arnup Studios in York, I create, teach and exhibit my art, sharing my collections, prints and cards. I exhibit both solo and collaboratively across the UK and locally, in galleries, art fairs and art cafes.

    I have recently completed an art degree in Glass and ceramics from the University of Sunderland. I am a experienced craft tutor and work for WEA and Cultural Spring. I have also run her own workshops at different venues in the North East for several years. During the pandemic I supplied craft kits for people who were isolating. I also run a small studio in South Tyneside.
