    I am a teacher of Geography and until a few years ago I never thought I had a creative bone in my body. I then discovered wood turning and the joy of shaping wood as if it was clay. I have rapidly moved away from traditional wood turning and like to use a variety of non-traditional wood and different materials that enhance the wood. I like form and shape inspired by nature.

    I am a rural Alberta artist whose practice combines dermestid beetle cleaning with intricate beadwork and painted designs on wildlife skulls. Each piece begins as a natural process, with beetles preparing the bone, and evolves into a work of art through hundreds of hours of hand-placed beads. My work explores cycles of life, death, memory, and renewal, transforming skulls into contemporary objects

    I am an artist and art historian of Swiss and Belgian origin. I taught for several years Plastic Arts and Art History. Now, I am fully devoted to the creation as well as the promotion of my artistic work in Switzerland and internationally.     I am an Australian artist, living and working in my studio in London. My work includes painting, collage, mixed media, drawing, prints and installations. My initial art training in Australia, at both the Brisbane Institute of Art and the Latrobe College of Art in Melbourne, cemented a view of the world as I observe, analyse and mentally re-construct images of the world around me.

    I have been painting and exhibiting since 1998 and spent 12 years in Vietnam where I owned a gallery. I am so happy to be back in my native Yorkshire. My recent watercolour and acrylic works concern themes such as Origins, Belonging and the Joy of Life. I believe in the honesty of art and follow where my inspirations lead me.
