    Embroiderer and wordsmith, Catherine Hill is a multi-award-winning contemporary textile artist based in the UK. Her artistic vision is drawn from her childhood memories growing up in the English county of Lancashire in the 1970’s. Easily recognised for her creative use of hand embroidered text, she has been exhibited in the UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Ukraine & Australia.

    Kate Jennings is a Leeds-based multidisciplinary artist with a Master’s in Fine Art. Rooted in expression, her practice explores emotion as a form of release and reflection. Initially focused on screen printing and protest, her work shifted after a personal loss in 2023.     I run Izabela Rocks as a small independent studio, handcrafting each piece using inherited crochet, weaving, and macramé techniques. I work in small batches or one-of-a-kind designs, focusing on slow, intuitive making. I source silk, fine metals, and natural gemstones from trusted suppliers, prioritising quality, responsible sourcing, and minimal, recyclable packaging.

    I am an artist, based in South East London. I have taken part in local and international exhibitions, and my artwork is owned by private collectors in the UK and Europe.     Working with clay has always been my passion and escape. I graduated with a BEd Hons majoring in art and ceramics and taught for many years. Following early retirement I work in my studio in Hexham, Northumberland where I make small scale ceramic sculpture based on my immediate environment and on my relationships with landscape and within family.
