    Ebru Clegg was born in Istanbul, Turkey. She embraced different cultures by travelling through Europe and living in Geneva for several years in the 2000’s. While she was living in Istanbul, she had the pleasure of working with numerous international art galleries (Turkish, French, British and German) to exhibit her work. She moved to the UK and built her own studio and had started work.

Rooted in daily walks and close observation, her practice revolves around sketching, painting and printmaking to document the changing landscape and fleeting moments of the everyday.

    I am a Yorkshire lass from Barnsley. I recently graduated from Hull with a fine art degree. I have immersed myself in creativity to cope with a long term illness fibromyalgia.
