Demi's artwork is fuelled by these contrasting environments, her work is primarily climate focused, forming both abstract landscape and animal paintings using mixed media.     An experimental printmaker using etching and other print making techniques. The work is concerned with the temporal transformation of discarded and forgotten objects into new printed images which emulate the landscape, becoming imaginary map like places. A new 2 or 3 dimensional narrative emerges as they form their new printed landscape

    I am a multidisciplinary artist working across sculpture, digital media, video and print. Her practice explores feminist themes, domestic labour and materiality. She reimagines household tools as metaphors for resilience and ritual. Trained in hospitality before studying silversmithing and Fine Art, she completed BA and MA degrees at Central Saint Martins (2021) and is now undertaking a Prof Doc.

    I am an artist based in Cumbria, originally from South Yorkshire. My main focus within my art practice is to create sculptural artworks by recreating and repurposing items and materials that I collect, source and find. I also explore the use of other materials (such as wire, etc), other art practices (such as ink drawings, etc) and the making of decorative goods.
